Great all around pump
This is easily my go to pump and as an avid cyclist I use it several times a week. While I have other "fancier" pumps in the garage I consistently find myself reaching for this one due to it's ease of use, convenience of having the dual inflator adapter and overall quick air pumping. After a ton of use it works like it's brand new and doesn't make any noises on the pump stroke like some of my other pumps. Very easy to read inflator dial. Can't say enough good things about this pump as a solid all around choice for anyone with a bicycle.
Serviceable pump. Pressure gauge not so much.
I needed a pump on the day I bought this and the selection at the new Marina Del Rey store was woefully inadequate with only two or three options. I didn't expect much for sixty bucks and I wasn't disappointed. The Schrader/Presta valve attachment worked okay but takes a lot of pressure to lock on. The main reason for the low rating is that the gauge is barely even in the ballpark in terms of accuracy, being between 15 and 25 percent off as compared to Presta and Schrader Accugauges. This was painfully apparent when filling forks where the gauge was off between 15 and 20 pounds. Yikes. If you end up buying this, go buy an Accugauge to go along with it.
Works good, hopefully lasts long time
Very nice pump. Seals well to the stems. 29 to 30 pumps to 120 psi for a 700x25 tire. Very light effort. Has a nice spot to store the needle for inflating footballs and futbols. The gauge is nice. Especially the arrow indicator for target pressure. Helps those of us with age limited vision.
Best do it all floor pump for the price!
Great pump, super easy to use, dial is easy to read because it's elevated and closer to you. Love the dual head design, the lock leaver is easy to access to lock/unlock after pumping is done. Full steel construction, and almost all the parts are replaceable. Pumping action is nice and smooth, although I wish the pump is just a bit longer so it doesn't bottom out so easily when trying to lift the handle for next pumping action. Warranty has been great with Topeak products I've purchased from the past so I have no doubt this one will be just as good and will last forever...
Good for a while, then junk
I liked this pump for about a year, and then it started leaking are where the hose is attached to the pump body. Took that apart, greased the o-rings, worked okay for a while, leaked again, then the valve at the bottom of the pump completely blew out. Basically if you use it a lot, it wears out fast.
Works without any adjustments needed
One hesitancy I had about buying a bike pump is any kind of fiddling/disassembly needed to adapt the pump for presto valves. I was very assured by the design of the JoeBlow. The end of the pump has two different adapters. One for shader, the other for presta. No fiddling needed. Out of the box, I was able to pump up the presta tires on my gravel bike and easily (with the other side of the adapter head) pump up shrader tires on my beater bike. I am very glad I got this. Good design.
Works great
Seals well and is easy to use. The gauge is large and readable. Just attach the head on the appropriate side and flip the lever away from the valve stem. That creates one air path. Then pump. No trouble at all.
Nice, but leaks after a while
Good pump that performed well for about a year, then started to leak around the stem.
Good bicycle pump
I was looking for an additional bicycle pump. I selected this one because of the large easy to read dial. The pump will handle presta on one side and schrader on the other. It engages easily and makes topping off my tires easy. It said that it had a long hose. Actually it needs to be a bit longer to pump up tires easily if using a bike stand. However I am pleased with my purchase.
Topeak JoeBlow Sport III Bike Floor Pump
This was my first purchase of the Topeak JoeBlow Sport III Floor Pump. I found it to be sturdy, easy to attach to the bike tire and release. I’ve had pumps in the past that were difficult to release the valve after pumping up the tire losing air. This was smooth and easy with tiny air lose. I would recommend this pump.
