I LOVE this bra
I'm a 36D and this bra is not only cute but it keeps my chest in place! I bought the large and it fits great. The fabric is smooth and comfortable against my skin. No rough edges or textures to rub against me. The cups are molded in, not separate removable pieces which I LOVE. The back clasp is helpful in getting the bra off. It is a little daunting to put on because the head and arm holes look impossibly small but it works every time. :) And the bra really holds me in place for higher impact adventures. I found this on sale in the store and I'm so glad I bought it. I will surely be purchasing more of this bra in the future.
Will work if your boobs sit just under your chin
I don't know what happened here - I see a few other reviews like the one I'm about to give. The straps are WAY off. They are short and not adjustable. You will work up a sweat just getting in this thing and then, when you're in, you must somehow reach back to hook it. All of this will happen while the front of the bra is nestled just under your chin and your boobs poking out from below the bottom band. Then, you need to pull with all your might to get that bottom band under your chest. Once you do, you will realize you no longer feel like going to the gym. I'm so disappointed in this bra. I have two of them that I cannot wear.
Not enough length in straps
Straps are way too short and no adjustment possible. Breasts would have to be almost at my shoulder height. I am 180lbs 5’5” with C/D breasts and carry most of my in waist not back. Thought XL would fit. Maybe this is a bra for youth or really petite woman with bony shoulders and XL breasts.
Best Bra Ever
I bought this bra in a size medium and large because I wasn't sure which would fit. I'm a 34DD and this bra fit me better in the medium. It is flattering and doesn't cause too much bulging. It held the girls in place so comfortably and when I took it off after a 9 mile run I barely had any red marks where the band was sitting. And speaking of taking it off- it came off so easily! I am able to fasten the closure and put it over my head that way, but then when it's wet with sweat after a run I can undo the closure and it basically falls right off. I can't wait to buy another one!
Happy Boobs=Happy Adventures
Brooks is always great quality so I should have know I would love this bra. I am a 34DD and most sports bras that offer enough support end up just smashing my boobs down which just makes me feel constricted (not to mention it isn't cute). This bra is somehow not too tight but my boobs stay put! Seriously the best sports bra I've ever had. I've also been using it as a bathing suit because it looks great and I don't have to worry about a nip slip. The straps are also super soft and don't rub or pull down on my shoulders. Great for long distance running, rock climbing, and swimming!
Very comfortable
I am a 32DD and I ordered a small. It was too small and very tight. I did love everything else about it and thought a MED would be better; and it was! the single clasp in the back is great instead of the standard bra clasp because you can lay on you back and it doesn't dig into you. I use this bra as everyday wear since I am a personal trainer so I need something more comfortable that a standard bar. Also use it for weight lifting and yoga. It has great coverage in the front so nothing shows. It is a little weird for me to get on because the straps are not adjustable, but I make due.
Love this bra
I am a 38D and I needed something substantial for running and other high impact activity. Not only does this provide great support, but the back clasp is fantastic. Have you ever gotten stuck, one arm flailing, as you're trying to peel yourself out of a sweaty sports bra at the gym? This thing will restore your dignity. I bought the XL, I found it to be a great fit, both in the cup and the band.
Runs small, but GREAT bra
I'm usually sized as a 32B, but a Small in this fits me perfectly. I do a lot of running, martial arts, and lifting, and I don't have any jiggle or shoulder discomfort with these. This is the best bra I've found in terms of having the effort carried by the band rather than on the shoulder straps. I've worn two of these for about a month now, almost daily use, without issue. I'm on the website today to buy two others. The care instructions are to wash separately and tumble dry low, but when I've washed and dried one with the rest of my workout clothes they haven't shrunk. The fabric wicks rather than soaks in sweat, and the padding stays in place. I like the vertical hook clasp in back, but it does take a tiny bit of flexibility to get into and out of the bra.
Comfortable and durable
Absolutely love this bra, have yet to find one that doesn't cause chaffing. This is it! Bought the Large (im a 34D- so the sizing chart is a off), wore it in my last 100 mile race, had plenty of support without feeling suffocated, compressed, and had no issues with chaffing.
The IT sports Bra
I own several of these sports bras and the are AH-mazing! Here's the thing after reading other reviews I agree that its probably not for everyone; the crossback style can be tricky getting on and straps that don't adjust guarantee that not everybody will fit right, BUT if are a size 32c-dd or 34c-dd THIS IS THE SPORTS BRA FOR YOU. very comfortable to wear, hold everything in just right and have some light padding to ensure shape and no nipping ;) honestly I have even worn these several times at the beach when I'm looking for something more sporty, cute and to stay in place for fun adventures.
