They Marked Up the Price!

Hello, I've owned this EXACT roller for about 3 - 4 years now and I got it at TJ MAXX, haha, no kidding. It was being sold there for like $12 so please don't feel like you gotta buy it here at this highly marked up price. Is it a great roller? Yes, absolutely. Does that mean you have to pay $37 for it? Nope! Now whether or not your local TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Ross has one of these in stock is up to you to investigate. Like I said, this was a few years ago; but I encourage you to check them out before purchasing it here. Normally I wouldn't "out" a company because it'd be rude to potentially take a sale away from them but right now times are tough and everything is so expensive, it'd be morally wrong for me to stay silent. God bless!

Good idea, poor execution

I have used this multiple times, and in practice, it is not any different than a normal foam roller. This ends up just a more expensive version of something I already have.

Travel Savior, Fitness Blessing

I've been getting into much better shape recently, and pushing myself cross training between trail running, yoga, circus arts, and weightlifting. I'm continuously finding this roller is much more effective than the softer foam ones, yet not as painful as the bumpy plastic ones, and I love the ability to use the different sections for targeted pressure or not. My favorite thing about it is that because it's hollow I take it with me traveling and can pack things inside of it. Flying long distances is a lot more comfortable when I can roll out the aches and pains after landing! Love this, and am so glad I got this one versus a simple foam one.

Nice Middle Ground Foam Roller

Who it's for: This is a nice middle ground roller when compared to the standard round foam roller and the newer ones that you see with more bumps built in. What I like: It's great for those that are on the go based on it's size. It's hollow so you can stash things in it if you are putting it in your suitcase. What could improve: For broader guys (like me) it's seems just a bit narrower than what would be ideal, but it's not a big deal.

Works perfectly. Well-made.

I purchased this to help relieve leg pain from recent hard bicycling workouts. Works very well on leg muscles. I like having the choice of different rings and ridges. Seems very strong and durable.

quick relief

I bought this after suffering from a tight IT band on my right knee area. A friend had told me about these rollers and after using just a few times I immediately felt better. The packaging comes with really helpful tips on the inside. Just be sure not to tear it open only to have to stick it back together with tape.

Hollow Tube Does The Trick

One of the best hollow tubes I have bought. Sure, any hollow tube can roll out those aches and pains but this one does it with style. Rolls for days. Sometimes I wonder, "could this be more hollow?" Nope. They got it just right. Five stars.

Works well for rolling out your back, quads, hammies, calves, and lats. Roll your IT band if you’re a glutton for punishment.

Best roller on the market

I received one of these as a gift back in 2013. The core of the roller still feels brand new, and the outside grid is just starting to show wear. It is compact and easy to travel with (I always stuff socks in the tube). I love this roller so much I bought one as a gift for my dad, who has had to use a traditional foam roller for several years. He loves his new roller and always comments on how it is much easier to roll out his muscles.

Just what I was hoping for

I had checked out some other rollers by this maker and others, all the contact surfaces were just too hard, this one feels much more like a hand or fingertips would. The material is firm but soft at the same time, just the right balance, plus with the variable pattern, it works great for releasing tight muscles!

Left bruises all over my back

I really wanted to love this, and did for awhile. My use case is probably different from yours. I work at a computer a lot and my main exercise is some light yoga. I wanted this for some sciatica and also upper back / neck soreness from work. It works great, but then I started waking up sore. Then I discovered that my back was bruised from the roller. Now I have to wait a few days for the bruising to heal, and now my whole back is sore which is the last thing I want. I wish this could have been covered in the product info somewhere or on the packaging...I had no idea that bruising can be common for these.
