Nice summer skirt
I had ordered this last month but didn't get around to trying it on to make sure it fits. Last Sunday, when Seattle had an upper-70s day, I needed something 'summery" quickly and grabbed it out of the bag in desperation. I found out I should've grabbed it out of the packaging bag earlier since I like it so much. But then again, it would've probably been in the laundry pile when I needed it! I am 5'2' and buy my bottoms (skirts, pants and dresses) in petite sizes whenever possible. This skirt's hemline hit just above my knees--a hemline near my knees is a good spot for my body shape. I also tend to have a bit of a curvy/bubble behind and thanks to the flare cut of this skirt (essentially wrapping around the booty and then flaring out), unlike a lot of other skirts out there that make it look flat, it accentuates my behind nicely, if maybe the cut is a little small in spots (the 10 was a little snug, but a 12 would've been too big for me), but I'm sure the fabric will probably stretch a little and the skirt will fit perfectly. Why a 4 and not a 5 star rating? Some of my skirts will twist around when I am walking and this is what happened the first time I wore this particular skirt, and it is not that easy to find the zipper and twist the skirt back to the proper position. (Friction from the waist band and vertical seams that look the same).
Disappointed
Fabric was exactly what I wanted, but hated the pockets. The zip one faces backwards. The zipper is not on the side seam, but towards the front of the skirt. It was extremely awkward to try to put anything in it. The other pocket is very small. I wanted the skirt for a trip where I'll be using my phone a lot to take pictures. I'd never be able to get it out. I'll be returning it.

Cute and perfect for travel
I have owned several of this particular style skirt. It was perfect for my recent trip to the Adriatic Coast where it was quite warm. Easy to wash out and dries quickIy. I am 5' 7" and 125 and found the size 4 too big. It kept slipping down my hips, but the size 2 is a good fit for my body type (no hips!) Love the orange color, green and black.
