Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

I bought this jacket online because I needed a light and packable rain jacket. Of course Gore Tex Pac Lite works awesome and once again, you can't go wrong with Black Diamond. I own many other high tech clothing items and they are all the Best of the Best! I'm 6'1", 210 and the XL fits great with room for under-layers. Vent zippers and draw string to adjust the hood is perfect.

I use this just to go out, hiking and when riding my bicycle in the rain. I personally love having just the shell because that way I can layer up for the right conditions. I've used countless times when cycling and have been bone dry each time. The armpit vents are also great so i can open them even if it's raining and can stay dry. The hood synches are also perfect for all activities! I'd definitely buy this jacket again
