Bought M - Stretched To XL
I own about ~15 pairs of this boxer brief and have been wearing them for a little over a year (I tried one pair, liked it, replaced whole drawer). They are great to start, however, the waist band consistently stretches out on many pairs. I'm a normal sized fit guy (160lbs, wear a medium)... but what happens is the elastic will start to bunch up (in the front usually) then they quickly stretch out completely. The only thing that keeps them ups is my actual clothes over them. Get that underwear wear out... but at ~$26 each with normal wear (~40 per year) I'd expect them to last a little longer!

Best underwear for outdoors, period
These boxer briefs are like merino wool socks, the first time you see them, you think 'why on earth would you spend that much money on one pair?', but then after you wear them once, you say 'oh, that's why'. These things are just so comfortable, you forget they're there. I wore them hiking down into the Grand Canyon in August, where the temps were over 100F, and never even thought about them. They do an excellent job of wicking away sweat and don't ride up, so you stay dry and chafe-free. Yes, they are expensive as far as underwear goes, but consider an investment in your own comfort, because they blow cheaper options out of the water.
Last undies you'll ever need
These are excellent. They feel great and actually feel like they are wicking moisture away. I purchased the REI brand at the same time and while they feel great too, they tend to slide down and cling to your body just a little too much. Per their website, I just wear these into the shower, wring them out and roll them in a towel. It only adds a few seconds to my shower time and they are practically ready to wear again because of how fast they dry. I'm exaggerating just a tad, but they do not take long to dry. The REI brand takes considerably longer to air dry. In my quest to reduce my overall footprint I have purchased another pair of these to alternate between. You can't go wrong w/ these.
Goodbye cotton
These products are exactly what I had been looking for as I have been able to eliminate all old style cotton underwear that plainly wears out and stretches after a short period. Over the past 6 months I have been very pleased with the 5 or so I have and am now buying a couple more and adding the Give-n-Go undershirts a try. The boxer briefs are excellent for working out, travel (4 flights a month), as well as their natural fit and breathability. They are lasting very well with such ease of care. Only drawback is they are not cheap, so i have added during the sales or here and there. I will never buy old cotton style underwear again....

Not built to last
I thought the ExOfficio brand meant quality and durability, but I was wrong. The boxer briefs that I bought were a real disappointment because the elastic gave out and the briefs now had a waist size 5 or 6 greater than mine. Considering the price of these, it was real disappointment. And to add insult to injury, the ExOfficio website doesn't accept any communications, so no way to ask for remedial action... Big disappointment all around. ExOfficio is label-non-grata for me from now on.
Great Underwear
Don't make the same mistake I did. I always buy size 30x30 pants so I just assumed that I would be a size small. However, after wearing the small and feeling too tight I actually measured myself. My waist is actually 32 inches even though I fit into size 30 jeans. After measuring myself I purchased a size medium and I am going to buy 6 more pairs! Maybe next time I will actually read the statement "PLEASE NOTE: All measurements are in inches and correspond to actual body measurements, not to the dimensions of the garment." The only reason I gave these a 4 instead of a 5 is because they could have 1-2 inches longer for the inseam.

My go to underwear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn these for almost 15 years. I have tried a lot of the new brands like Mack Weldon but keep going back to Ex Officio. They are comfortable and breathe well. They bunch up less in the groin. They can be worn multiple days if need be with little odor. However, it is also easy to just wash them in a sink and air dry them. They will dry even in high humidity areas like southeast Asia. I am going to Europe for 2 weeks in October and I am planning on just bringing 3 pair. FYI do not put them in the dryer as this will degrade them fairly quickly. If you take care of them, they should last almost 2 years. I am 5'7" 165 lbs and I wear a small.

Husband wants more of these.
My husband works in some steamy jungle places. At home in Montana he plays golf almost daily during the summer. He used to wear tight, elastic type sports underwear to prevent chafing and get the best comfort when golfing and hiking in hot or cool weather. Now he loves this brand by Ex Officio. The added bonus is that he can travel knowing can be washed out in the sink and dry overnight. He has had a pair like this for 6 months and it is wearing well. He had an earlier version for a couple years and while he no longer likes the style, they have worn like iron through countless machine washings. I usually skip the dryer though because they dry in minutes on their own.

Great underwear
I was a skeptic about this underwear before going on a 10 day cruise through the Caribbean, but after having gone on the cruise and wearing these boxer briefs, I am a believer in this underwear. The boxer briefs fit well and kept me dry. The cruise ship I was on required you to pay to have your laundry done so I thought I would put these underwear to the test. They passed with flying colors! They were easy to wash and dryed quickly. All I needed for the whole trip were a couple pair so I saved on space when packing - and money on laundry. I am going to convert to ExOfficio when it comes time to replace my other underwear because they are so comfortable. Great underwear!

very comfortable, long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 pairs of these Give-N-Go 1.0 boxer briefs, they are very comfortable, do not ride up on my leg, the waist band doesn't roll down and the fabric is very breathable. I can wear these to the office or working out. i washed them following the direction and they are like new still after many washing. The only thing i don't like is the long wash/warning tag sewn on. i have to cut them out carefully. I want to get the new 2.0 version a try and see how much better they are.
