Exceptional quality
My Ovation is 7 years old now - average of 15 outings a year....over a 100 paddling adventures. I am in the process of updating the ferule through Werner since the older version started to jam up, but otherwise, this is the best paddle I've ever owned in 50 years of paddling experience. Feather light for smooth quiet strokes when cruising on flat water, or powerful round house sprint strokes when catching a surfing wave.
