Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Camelbak!! I have not Year used this for cycling, but did carry it while hiking the South Kaibab Trail in the Grand Canyon. Difficult trail -- and this Camelbak was super! I love the lower center of gravity on my back. The only thing I would recommend (and this is for all hydration packs) would be an adjustable "fanny pack" which could be shifted to the front of the body. I wore a Camelbak and s fanny pack in the front when I completed this year's Bataan Memorial March -- so nice to be able to grab a cell phone or energy treats without having to stop and remove the Camelbak to get into those things. Wouldn't want the fanny pack for biking, though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hydration hard to refill I bought this mainly as a hydration pack for longer road rides. It does compress nicely, maintaining a low profile. I did not like the lumbar position of the hydration bag. It is very awkward to refill as it has to be "un tucked" to actually open the port.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes trailrunning a breeze! I have always wanted to invest in a hydra-pack for my hikes but never got around to it until I decided to participate in my 1st ever trail run, loved it! Small and not bulky, accessible side pockets for snacks. Holds plenty of water.
