Rated 3 out of 5 by from looks good but the fit is off This is a great looking shirt, but it is tight across the back. so it binds up in the sleeves when you need to bend over to pick something up. it may be better for a dinner at a restaurant rather then an active hike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great casual shirt I love the new Desert Pucker shirt as it is super comfortable and fits nicely. I like to wear it untucked over shorts but it can be tucked in and become less casual under a blazer. The sleeves are a touch tight. I have other Royal Robbins items and have been very pleased with the wear and ease in care.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits a little tight for size. I love the fabric, and the Obsidian color. Took this new shirt to the gym on a hanger, and when I got dressed, found that the shirt fits a little small. I will order a large and give my medium to my son, who is smaller. Should have tried it on, but have the green color already in Medium.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handsome shirt Bought this to travel for two months in Australia. Washes well. Looks dressy enough for evening wear. Not polyester. Very happy with the fit and material.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Holds creases My shirt came with fold lines from being folded for shipping. Both my wife and I tried ironing them out (after first washing the shirt) but they would not disappear. We both like the feel of the fabric and it's a nice looking shirt but the inability to iron out the fold lines, plus some other large wrinkles, is a deal breaker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falling apart at the seams I bought several of these shirts, long and short-sleeve, because they are truly comfortable. Unfortunately, each of the 3 s/s ones has fallen apart after normal, non-hiking/camping use. The arms and shirt tails have frayed and tattered after a few months and I can no longer wear them in public. Really disappointed. I hope that I'm the only one who has this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Favorite shirt Low cotton content keeps moisture away from body, and the shirt is nice enough to wear at work or on the trail. Very soft, well cut. A little tight in the chest, even at the "Large" size, will ride up if hands are over head. But, isn't inhibitive to normal movement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very comfortable shirt I don't generally wear short sleeve shirts in February, but the weather was unseasonably mild so I chose this for a walk in the park. It was very comfortable and stylish. Made the day that much more enjoyable.

I've had 3 of these shirts and like them very much. One has worn like iron and I still have it. The other two had failures in stitching and fraying collar and sleeve ends. Has this problem been fixed?

Asked by: HGH1
We have not received reports of fraying or poor seam quality that would indicate an overall trend. Of course, if purchased in the past year the shirts are covered under our satisfaction guarantee: https://www.rei.com/help/guarantee.html
