We at REI lament the news that with the dissolution of the company that bakes and distributes Hostess cakes, the Twinkie is no more. Why? Because the act of roasting Twinkies prior to ski and snowboarding season is our goofy snow-inducing ritual. As if Global Warming isn't tough enough on snow lovers. So how do we replace the Twinkie? ...
