Earlier this month, REI held our annual membership meeting at the Seattle flagship store where our board of directors and leadership team shared the results from the recent board elections, 2010 sales and important milestones for the year ahead to an audience of members and employees.

Announcements included the reelection of board members Jesse King, Cheryl Scott and Michael Smith each to 3-year terms, in addition to REI returning $94.3 million in patronage refunds—the co-op’s highest-ever refund—to 4.4 million active members.

 As a member-owned co-op, REI holds an annual meeting each April. For members who missed the meeting, we have posted the video of the meeting below and encourage you to ask questions in the comment thread.
