The video is interesting, but the image below it is perfect!

I've been spending more of my life on 2 wheels lately. I challenged myself to bike to work everyday in 2012 - so far so good. I've been keeping track of my thoughts, tips, and other useful bike-related info at http://www.biketheburgh.com . I'm hoping it can inspire others to eschew the daily (car) commute too.
