Doug Klingemann

After eight years on Routt County Search and Rescue (five of them as Incident Commander), Doug Klingemann lends his outdoor skills to the greater good. He’s a specialist on the ropes team, an ace operator of all manner of backcountry transport (from skis to snowmobiles) and an archer who targets elk every autumn. When he’s not exploring the Colorado backcountry, you can find him in the British Virgin Islands, where he enjoys sailing and hydrofoiling.
