Wilma Wallace is REI’s chief diversity and social impact officer. As a lifelong social justice advocate with a rich background in global human rights, Wilma is responsible for the co-op’s enterprise-level racial equity, diversity and inclusion (REDI) strategy. She is also the executive sponsor of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) inclusion network, serves as the liaison between the co-op and its board of directors, and serves on the board of Camber Outdoors. Wilma loves to trail run, hike, bike and get out on the water with her husband and three boys. REI member since 1986.
