Colin Rosemont is a writer and documentary filmmaker, splitting his time between Eugene, Oregon, and Los Angeles, as he completes his master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Oregon. You can find his bylines in Wirecutter and Cultural Survival, with recent film work exploring contemporary values and experiences in archeological field work. When Colin isn’t writing, editing, or studying, you can find him bouldering in the mountains around Los Angeles, or scoping out some mountain to ski in the Pacific Northwest backcountry. He has been as REI member since 2008.
