Smoked Salmon, Cucumber Slices
Makes 2-3 servings | Gluten Free, Paleo, Keto
- 2 ounces hot-smoked salmon, crumbled into flakes
- 2 tablespoons sliced sundried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sliced pitted kalamata olives
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
Slice the cucumber into 1-inch-thick coins. Use these as you would crackers and top each with a piece of salmon, some sundried tomato and some black olives.
