Recipe: Dutch Oven Pork Shoulder

What do you love about this recipe?: This recipe will last you all weekend, and once the pork is done you can make so many things out of it such as tacos. You can also pair it with eggs in the morning or put it on a sandwich the next day.
- 5-7 pounds pork shoulder
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, cumin and coriander
- Chicken stock
- Onion and garlic
- BBQ sauce (if desired)
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Add all ingredients into Dutch Oven and let cook for 3-4 hours until pork is fork tender.
