Zero Drop Shoes

Drop is the difference in thickness of the sole under the heel compared to under the toe. Traditional running dhoes have a drop of 12 millimeters. Minimalist running shoes have "zero drop" from heel to toe. This encourages a more natural midfoot or forefoot strike.
