About the Presenters: Kathryn True is a Pacific Northwest writer, naturalist, birder, and outdoor enthusiast whose work has appeared in the Seattle Times, Sunset, and Alaska Airlines Magazine. Maria Dolan is an environmental journalist whose writing has been featured in publications including Smithsonian, Slate, Sierra, and the Seattle Times, covering topics ranging from wildlife and ecology to conservation science.
