Join Women’s Outdoor Connection for a speaker panel exploring the science behind nature’s impact on our mental health, along with practical insights into how outdoor experiences can help people build friendships, strengthen community and cultivate a sense of belonging. Enjoy light appetizers and beverages, with time to connect with fellow attendees before and after the discussion. Open to everyone. Registration is required and space is limited. About our speakers: Holly Brandenberger is a registered nurse, author and educator whose Science of Essentials community has grown to more than 1.7 million followers. She focuses on making the science of stress and emotional well-being understandable and practical for everyday life. Charlotte Massey is the co-founder of the U.S. Chamber of Connection and founding executive director of the Seattle Chamber of Connection. She is dedicated to helping people build friendships and create stronger communities, and has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and TEDx speaker. The conversation will be moderated by Saveria Tilden, founder of AdventurUs and a longtime advocate for making outdoor experiences more accessible.
