Overview
Be prepared to act with confidence in emergency situations at home, at work, or on the trail. This American Red Cross–certified course provides practical training in First Aid, CPR, and AED use through real-world, hands-on instruction. Designed for both everyday scenarios and outdoor environments, the course covers how to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies, perform adult and child CPR, use an automated external defibrillator, manage choking incidents, and provide basic first aid for bleeding, burns, and injuries. Participants will also learn how to assess a scene, prioritize care, and build muscle memory through guided practice, helping ensure they are ready to respond when it matters most.
