Black Men Run Sacramento presents their 4th Annual Black History Month Family 5k Run/Walk at REI Sacramento on Saturday, February 21! The mission for the Black History Month Family 5k Walk/Run is to encourage healthy lifestyles within the Black community by promoting physical activity like running and walking while fostering connections with BIPOC organizations dedicated to improving health outcomes. This event helps creates a new standard for generations to follow. We welcome walkers and runners to choose whichever distance works for you and your family! Net proceeds go to the Capitol City Black Nurses Association. The first 200 registrants will receive a medal!

Black Men Run Sacramento presents their 4th Annual Black History Month Family 5k Run/Walk at REI Sacramento on Saturday, February 21! We welcome walkers and runners to choose whichever distance works for you and your family! The first 200 registrants will receive a medal. There will be giveaways, raffle prizes, free light refreshments (while supplies last) and food for purchase. Our event will also include a Fitness Village featuring BIPOC health and fitness organizations. Net proceeds go to the Capitol City Black Nurses Association.
