Trade the rush of the week for a calming, feel-good reset. Join YogaSix for a gentle, stretch-focused vinyasa flow that helps you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath. In this introductory class, you’ll explore the fundamental benefits of yoga for both mind and body—think better mobility, a calmer mind, and a more grounded, spacious feeling from head to toe. A certified YogaSix instructor will guide you through accessible poses and simple sequences, offering plenty of options so beginners feel comfortable and seasoned yogis can still enjoy a soothing, restorative practice. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible, wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and come ready to relax. This class is free and open to participants age 16 and up. This session is led by a certified YogaSix instructor experienced in welcoming beginners, creating an inclusive, judgment-free space, and helping every participant feel supported on their wellness journey.
