Join us for this free event to celebrate Community and LGBTQ+ Pride with an inclusive 5k run and walk, hosted by REI Co-op and Orca Running.
We'll kick things off with some group stretching and movement before heading out for the 5K run / walk to Lake Union. This is a space for everyone to move together in pride and solidarity, regardless of pace.
When you return from your run, enjoy coffee, pastries, tie-dyeing, brand partners like Swift Industries, and a puppy pit. Yes you read that correctly, A PUPPY PIT, hosted by our friends from Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary!
To add a little sparkle, a glitter station will be available for those who want to shine bright during or after the run.
