Running should feel strong, comfortable, and sustainable. Join this free educational presentation to learn about pelvic floor health in athletes with female anatomy and better understand how pelvic floor function can support your running experience. Attendees will explore what the pelvic floor is, its role during running, common signs of pelvic floor dysfunction, and when it may be helpful to seek support. Whether you're new to trail running or have years of experience on the trail, you'll leave with practical knowledge to help you better understand your body and movement. About our speakers: Women of the Wasatch is a trail running nonprofit focused on reducing barriers to participation and creating greater accessibility for women and non-binary runners in the trail running community. Origin Physical Therapy specializes in pelvic floor, pregnancy, and postpartum physical therapy for Utah families and will share expertise on pelvic floor health and function for runners.
