Join a vivid, firsthand look at hiking the 2,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. The PCT winds from sun-baked desert through the granite spine of the Sierra Nevada and on into the deep forests of the Pacific Northwest—a trail defined by big terrain, constant change, and long days that demand resilience as much as they reward it. In this engaging talk, learn what it really takes to prepare, how to choose and trust your gear, and what surprises await while navigating one of the world’s most iconic long-distance trails. Whether you’re dreaming of a thru-hike or simply curious about life on trail, you’ll walk away inspired and better prepared.

An avid hiker, runner, and climber, she is passionate about preserving trail systems and inspiring others to discover their potential in the outdoors—regardless of their starting point.
