Join us in celebrating National Public Lands Day and the trails, parks, and wild places that connect us all. Stop by your local co-op to discover places to explore near you and learn simple ways to give back to the public lands we love. Connect with community partners, gain new skills, and find inspiration to turn your passion for the outdoors into action. Together, we can help protect these special places for generations to come.
Notes
Let's mobilize to protect America's public lands. For generations, our public lands have brought people together—offering space to explore, connect and find inspiration outside. Places like Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments are part of that shared story. They are Tribal ancestral homelands that hold deep cultural meaning, protect important ecosystems and invite millions to experience the outdoors. Today, those protections are at risk. Public lands belong to all of us. Protecting them takes all of us. REI has stood with Tribal leaders, community members and organizational partners to help protect these places for decades, and we'll keep supporting those leading this work while helping our community raise its voice together. Join us for a tabling event with The Continental Divide Trail Coalition and The Lewis and Clark Trail Alliance in store on National Public Lands Day 9/26.
