Join a hands-on, confidence-building presentation all about fishing from a kayak, led by local angler and educator Katie Jo of Pluff Mud Princess Outdoors. You’ll learn how to choose the right kayak for fishing, why kayaks give you access to shallow, fish-rich water that bigger boats can’t reach, and how to target classic inshore species like redfish, speckled trout, and flounder. From rigging and techniques to reading the water and moving efficiently through marshes and creeks, this session is designed to help you feel prepared to launch, explore, and fish with intention.
