Find Your Stride with Altra: Skills, Shoes, and Support

Join Altra for a fun, hands-on introduction to running designed to help you start—or return to—running with confidence and joy. In this interactive class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of natural running form, how to build a sustainable routine, and simple strategies to reduce your risk of injury so you can stay on the move longer. We’ll dig into training basics, cross-training ideas, and key tips for nutrition and hydration that support you before, during, and after your runs. You’ll also get an inside look at Altra’s zero-drop, natural footshape footwear and how it’s built to let your feet move the way they’re meant to. Try live shoe demos, ask questions, and get personalized guidance to help you find the right fit for your stride and your goals. Throughout the session, we’ll focus on finding joy in movement and reinforcing the belief that running is for everyone—every pace, every body, every experience level. This is a participatory, light-movement, in-store event, so please wear comfortable clothing and footwear and bring a water bottle.
