Curious about hiking the Camino but not quite sure where to begin? Join our local experts for an inspiring and practical discussion about planning your Camino adventure. From deciding to go, to choosing your route, packing smart, managing travel logistics, and training for the trek, these sessions will help you turn your dream into a doable plan. Dr. Sandi Lloyd is a psychologist, educator, and outdoor enthusiast who recently completed the final stage of the Camino Francés from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela. Drawing from both her professional background in psychology and her personal experience on the Camino, Dr. Lloyd offers a unique perspective on the intersection of physical challenge, mental resilience, and personal transformation. Her presentation combines practical planning advice with meaningful reflections on the lessons learned while walking one of the world's most iconic long-distance trails.
