People have walked these paths for centuries, seeking spiritual growth, cultural immersion, and personal transformation. Today, the Camino welcomes travelers from around the world who come for a variety of reasons—from adventure and reflection to connection and renewal. Curious about hiking the Camino but not quite sure where to begin? Join our local experts for an inspiring and practical discussion about planning your Camino adventure. From deciding to go, to choosing your route, packing smart, managing travel logistics, and training for the trek, these sessions will help you turn your dream into a doable plan. Join Susan Peacock of American Pilgrims on the Camino. She has completed many Camino trips and will share her experiences and gear knowledge. From the important pack fit to the shoes and socks you should or shouldn't be wearing, this presentation will help you answer all of your gear questions. All are welcome.
