This American Red Cross–certified Adult & Child CPR & AED course provides practical, hands-on training to help you recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies with confidence—whether you're at home, at work, or enjoying the outdoors. Through realistic scenarios and guided practice, you'll learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform high-quality CPR for adults and children, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and respond to choking emergencies. By the end of the course, you'll leave with nationally recognized certification and the confidence to step in and provide lifesaving care until emergency medical services arrive.
