Join an inspiring event exploring some of Adventure Cycling Association’s most iconic bikepacking routes along their brand-new Golden Gravel Trail, created to celebrate the ACA's 50th anniversary. Stretching more than 3,800 miles from the Mississippi River to the Pacific Ocean, this epic journey crosses eight states and connects the rolling Ozark Hills, expansive Great Plains, high mountain passes, dramatic canyon country, and quiet high-desert landscapes before reaching the forests and coastline of the Pacific Northwest. Learn what it takes to tackle long-distance bikepacking adventures and discover the stories, challenges, and rewards that come with traveling by bike. Whether you're planning your first overnight bikepacking trip or dreaming about a cross-country adventure, this presentation will leave you inspired to explore more of the world from the saddle. About our speaker: Meaghan Hackinen set the women’s Tour Divide record in 2026, finishing the 4,400 km route in 14 days, 10 hours, and 2 minutes. That was more than a day faster than her own previous record from 2024. An Adventure Cycling Association ambassador, writer, and accomplished endurance cyclist, she has completed some of North America’s most renowned bikepacking routes. Through her work with the Golden Gravel Trail and bikepacking partner Apidura, she inspires riders to embrace self-supported adventure and discover the freedom of long-distance travel by bike.
