Discover the rich history and transformative experience of the Camino de Santiago, a network of ancient pilgrimage routes leading to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Join the “Three Amigos," revered Camino experts—Sandy Brown, Annie O’Neil and Dave Whitson—as they share their firsthand insights through engaging visual presentations. Sandy Brown is a seasoned pilgrim, ordained minister, and author of multiple guidebooks with Cicerone Press. He has walked or biked over 18,000 km on pilgrim trails across Europe and the U.S. and leads group treks through his company, Pilgrim Paths. Annie O’Neil is a filmmaker and author whose projects include the award-winning documentary Phil’s Camino and the book Everyday Camino with Annie. Her storytelling captures the emotional and personal side of pilgrimage. Dave Whitson is a teacher, author, and host of The Camino Podcast. His works include The Camino Compendium and several guidebooks on different Camino routes. He offers deep historical and cultural insights drawn from years of exploration. Whether you’re curious about the Camino or preparing for your own trek, this session offers practical advice, cultural context, and a chance to connect with a welcoming community of fellow travelers.
