Beloved by locals and visited by adventurers nationwide, the Mogollon Rim Country offers boundless Ponderosa pine forests, invigorating hiking, and limitless tranquility. On this overnight backpacking trip, we'll explore the forest and waterways that make up this spectacular region. The first day, we'll get fully set up with all the backpacking gear you'll need, then hike our way into our secluded campsite. We'll make camp for the night, enjoy a hearty meal, and relax under the canopy of stars below the rim. We'll wake up with the sun with some coffee and breakfast, then continue on our journey. Perfect for those with a bit of prior hiking experience, you'll need to be comfortable walking up to 5 miles on uneven terrain while carrying a 35lb pack. All meals and backpacking gear is provided. We love this region, and are pretty sure you will too!
