Gain a fresh perspective on a beloved local treasure with this mellow kayak tour of Mallows Bay-Potomac River National Marine Sanctuary. Mallows Bay is host to the largest fleet of shipwrecks in North America. These wrecks have grown new life as native plants have grown new roots atop them and formed a unique ecology unlike anyplace else. Ideal for anyone - no prior paddling experience required - you can hone your kayaking skills while exploring the Potomac's most idyllic hidden nooks. Learn all about the surrounding ecosystem, and maybe even catch a glimpse of an osprey, a great blue heron, or even a bald eagle. You'll meet your guides at Mallows Bay Park, gear up, and then get on the water for an amazing paddle!
