The ability to safely and legally access abortion is central to an individual’s right to autonomy and privacy. It’s our responsibility to support our employees—through our HR and healthcare policies—to exercise these choices. We’ve taken steps to ensure REI employees can access the reproductive healthcare they need, regardless of where they live.
