I have a dividend card from the "letter" with no card number or PIN. How do I use it at check out online? Thanks much!!
@Pande no pin needed for your dividend! Just make sure you're signed in to your REI.com account with your membership number attached and as you check-out, your dividend will be available as a method of payment. Thanks Jen. When I am at check out, my payment options are CC or Redeem Gift Card or Bonus Card. The message above this says "To redeem a dividend, the information you provide must match what's in the member account." After clicking on that, there is a space for a card number and pin (required fields). Help! what am I missing??

@Rich2 sorry to hear you're having trouble applying your dividend. Have you doublechecked the balance on your dividend online? Sometimes customers will still have the paper dividend card but not realize they'd already redeemed their dividend on a previous purchase! You can check your dividend balance and purchase history from your online account, which might clear up any confusion. If not, please call our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 for help!
