Presented by Brooke Barber, an experienced adventure traveler and founder of Authentica Travel. Specializing in high-altitude trekking, scuba diving, gear knowledge, expedition preparedness, and logistics, she has successfully led numerous groups on challenging treks, including the Inca Trail. Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge on gear, training, and acclimatization. Passionate about helping others push their limits, she ensures every traveler is well-prepared for their adventure. With her expertise and enthusiasm, Brooke empowers climbers to confidently embrace adventure travel. While this presentation is free to attend, we encourage donations towards our REI Cooperative Action fund (recommended 5.00 per person).
