Beloved by locals and regarded as one of the most beautiful areas in the country, the Blue Ridge Mountains offer expansive wilderness, tumbling waterfalls, inspiring views, and iconic hiking trails. On this invigorating hike just outside of Asheville, we'll explore some of our favorite gems of the Blue Ridge. Be it sweeping mountain views, 100-foot waterfalls, forested trails, or meadows of wildflowers, you're sure to be in awe of this beautiful area. Along the way, we'll share some hiking tips and offer insight into the region's history and ecosystem. This hike is perfect for hikers of all ability levels, though you'll need to feel comfortable walking on rugged terrain for 3-5 miles. We love this hike and are pretty sure you will too!
