Join us for an engaging introduction to the Camino de Santiago, the iconic 500-mile pilgrimage route stretching from France to the western coast of Spain. This session will explore the rich history, diverse landscapes, and transformative experience of walking the Camino, shared by experiences trekkers! Whether you’re just discovering the Camino or actively planning your journey, this presentation will equip you with the essentials to get started. Learn about training, packing strategies, gear recommendations, and practical tips for the trail. There will be plenty of time for questions, so come curious and ready to be inspired!

Presented by Maura Hennessey of the South Florida Chapter of the American Pilgrims, who will share pictures, videos, first-hand knowledge from her hike on the Camino.
