How do I contact the Re/Supply (used gear) team at REI?

For questions about an online order, return, or trade-in that was mailed in, the REI Re/Supply website support team is available Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm PT and Saturday-Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm via email at info@reiused.com. We aim to answer all customer inquiries within the following business day.

For questions about a trade-in completed in one of our stores, contact us via this form or call 1-800-426-4840.

What is Re/Supply at REI?

Re/Supply, REI’s used gear business, is a more sustainable and affordable way for members to purchase gear and apparel. Re/Supply consists of items that customers have either returned or traded in. Putting these items back into use helps avoid filling landfills and gives usable gear a second life.

How is Re/Supply different from REI's online Outlet?
​​​​​​
Re/Supply is used gear that has been returned from our main retail business or traded-in by other members. It is hand selected and inspected before being listed for resale.

REI Outlet is our online store for great deals on end-of-season closeouts and previous-year models. Everything on REI Outlet is brand new and backed by the REI’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (with extended return periods for members).

What happened to Garage Sales?

Re/Supply is 60 years of Garage Sales reimagined. Access to used gear hasn't gone away - it's gotten better! Members can now shop and trade in used gear all year round.
