Product Safety and Recalls

If a product we carry has a safety issue requiring a recall of the product, we notify all customers whom we can identify as having bought the product. This includes members who used their co-op number at the time of purchase, and other customers who bought the product through our website or who otherwise can be identified from purchasing records. We also post notices in our retail stores and on our website.

GOAL ZERO YETI 3000X IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE & FIRMWARE UPDATE

Goal Zero, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling the Yeti 3000X Portable Power Station. The Power Stations may overheat, posing a risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard. No injuries have been reported as a result of this fault.

Petzl NOMIC and ERGONOMIC Ice Axes

The ice axe shaft can break at the handle during use, posing a fall hazard, which can result in serious injury or death.

PNW Components Loam Gen 2 Pedals

The pedal axle can crack, causing the pedal to detach from the crank, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

Co-op Cycles REV 12, 16 or 20-inch Kids' Bicycles with training wheels Recall

Training wheel assembly knobs can loosen and detach from the bicycle if not correctly tightened, posing an instability risk to riders.
