Restricted Brands & Countries/Territories

Due to Australian tax law, REI will no longer provide direct-to-consumer shipping to Australia as of July 23, 2018. We will continue to evaluate the tax laws and how we do business in Australia and hope to be able to resume shipping to Australian addresses in the future.

We are unable to ship the following items outside of the U.S. (including US Territories and APO/FPO addresses): bikes, boats, stand up paddle boards, car-top carriers, hazardous items.

Please be aware of the following restrictions:

  • REI Gift Cards (except for REI e-Gift Cards) can be shipped only to addresses in the U.S., APO/FPO and the following U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Products from Giro and Easton can be shipped only to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  • Products from Burley, Chaco, Mammut, and Motorola can be shipped only to the U.S. and Canada.
  • Products from Blundstone, PEARL iZUMi, Thule, and ExOfficio Bugsaway cannot be shipped to Canada.
  • KAVU products cannot be shipped to addresses in Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, or Hong Kong.
