Rental duration and extensions
All rentals must be booked online. We rent by the hour or by the day, depending on the type of gear. If you’d like to extend your rental period, call us at 1-877-819-3807. We’ll happily extend it at the standard rate if the gear is still available.
Cancellations and Late Fees
To get a full refund, you'll need to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Call us to cancel or modify your reservation: 1-877-819-3807. For gear returned late, we charge a one-time late fee of $25 on top of the daily rate for each night the gear is late.
Early Returns
You are more than welcome to return your gear ahead of schedule, but we don’t offer any refunds for unused days.
Excessive cleaning or damage fees
Items returned excessively dirty or wet may result in a cleaning fee. The fee is $25 or the first-night rental rate, whichever is less. If gear is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to charge normal shop rates for repair.
If gear is damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full retail price minus the rental fee.
Liability waivers
The renter must sign a rental agreement and a release of liability. In addition, anyone who’ll be using a bike must be present at pickup to sign a liability waiver.
Pickup and drop off
For pickup, bring a photo ID, a debit or credit card, and any accessories you’d like help installing onto your rental bike.
For drop off, all rental gear should be returned (clean and dry) to the location where you picked it up.
