Can I retroactively earn a Co-op Member Reward on previous purchases?

Rewards cannot be credited for purchases that occurred before you became an REI Co-op Member.
If you made an online or retail purchase and did not provide your member number, Co-op Member Rewards may be credited to you, with proof of purchase.

Credits are for purchases you made within the current calendar year.
Contact us via chat or phone with your receipt or order number handy to request the credit.
