Lost Your Gift Card?
What happens if I lose my electronic gift card or need help finding my gift card number?
Electronic REI Gift Cards are emailed separately from your order confirmation email. Please be sure to:
- Check your spam folder or promotions tab
- Search for emails from: rei@notices.rei.com
If you still need help locating your gift card, please have your order number available and click the green chat bubble in the lower-right corner of your screen to send us a live chat message.
Lost or stolen gift cards: click the green chat bubble in the lower-right corner of your screen to send us a live chat message so that we can freeze the card balance.
