Why you'll love this trip

  • Complete the W Trek on the west to east route, saving one of the best view’s in the house – the iconic three peaks of Torres del Paine – for last.
  • Follow a well-marked trail that takes you to some of the park’s biggest highlights – including the imposing granite spires of Los Cuernos del Paine (The Horns of Blue).
  • Eat a packed lunch overlooking Lake Grey. Fringed with mountains and dotted with electric blue icebergs that fall from Grey Glacier, this could possibly be the most scenic sandwich stop ever.
  • Keep your eyes peeled for Patagonia's diverse wildlife. With a bit of luck (and the eagle eyes of your leader), you might spot guanacos, flamingos, foxes and Andean condors along the way.
  • Enjoy a low-altitude trek (the highest you'll go is 2950 ft) through a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve and stay in fully serviced mountain lodges each night.
