REI Travel – Offers Terms and Conditions

1. REI Co-op March Member Offer:

The following discount applies for REI Co-Op Members: $100 off any REI Recommended trips, REI Exclusive trips, and select Intrepid Travel small group adventures on rei.com/travel or intrepidtravel.com over $1,000 USD departing between April 13, 2026 and December 15, 2026. To redeem the offer, REI Co-Op Members must call Intrepid at +1 888 929 8005 or email REI@intrepidtravel.com. No discount will be available for online bookings.  Sale offers apply to new bookings made and deposited between  12:01am EST MARCH 13, 2026 to 11:59pm PST APRIL 13, 2026. This Offer may be used in conjunction with existing REI Co-op Member benefits on eligible Intrepid Travel bookings (being the 15% discount on REI Exclusive Trips and the 20% rei.com Coupon on REI Recommended Trips). Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions, except where we are honouring their original price. This sale is applicable only in the following currencies: USD. All other currencies are not eligible. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.  If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.  Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.  Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller.  

2. REI Exclusive 15% Discount Offer:

REI Member (“Member(s)”) booking an REI Exclusive Trip will receive 15% off the base price of REI Exclusive Trip (“Member Pricing”) listed on REI.com/travel pages. Members will need to log in and verify their membership number to see the discounted prices at time of booking to be eligible for this offer. Member Pricing applies to Member’s travelling companions as well. Member Pricing includes only what is listed for each trip and excludes any additional travel or hotel accommodation, meals, transfers, single supplements, travel insurance, local payments, or group tipping. Co-op Member Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed towards an REI Exclusive Trip. All REI Exclusive Trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions  and applicable Special Conditions apply to the booking for all REI Exclusive Trips.  Intrepid and REI reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

3. REI Recommended Trip 20% Gear Voucher Offer:

Offer valid 1/1/2026 12:01am – 4/15/2026 11:59pm PT.  Offer only available to REI Members (“Member(s)”) who booked a 2026 REI Recommended Trip through REI.com/travel. To be eligible for this offer, the booking must be made by a Member, and the Member must designate a “Lead Traveler” at the time of booking, either themselves or another designated individual that does not need to be a Member. The Lead Traveler must be the primary contact on the booking to receive all booking confirmations, updates and alerts. The Lead Traveler at time of booking will receive a REI store discount voucher for 20% off a single, online transaction on REI.com (with a maximum of $100 discount on purchase) (collectively “Voucher”). The Voucher will be delivered via email to the Lead Traveler at 53 days before trip departure once Intrepid receives full payment of the REI Recommended Trip. Members are required to provide and verify their membership number at time of booking for either Member or another designated individual listed as Lead Traveler to be eligible for this offer. Limit one Voucher per booking. Voucher only available on full-price gear, footwear, and apparel; Offer excludes prior purchases, outlet, sale and clearance items, Re/Supply items (used gear), special orders, package discounts, REI gift cards, memberships, shop services or rentals, passes and tickets. bicycles, bike simulators, skis, ski boots or ski bindings; snowboards, snowboard boots or snowboard bindings; kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, rafts; any item with GPS technology, fitness trackers, personal locator beacons, avalanche transceiver, airbag products, roof-top tents and selected brands. Offer limited to stock on hand and back-orderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash Offer valid at REI.com, in-store or by calling 1-800-426-4840. Voucher coupon code must be entered at time of online checkout. Offer may not be combined with any other REI discounts or offers. Offer not valid for REI employees. Co-op Member Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on purchase made with voucher, nor on purchase of an REI Recommended Trip. Intrepid and REI reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Intrepid Travel Supports REI Cooperative Action Fund:  

Intrepid will donate 1% of the revenue from REI Exclusives Trips and REI Recommended Trips taken by REI Members that have departed in 2026 to the REI Cooperative Action Fund (1700 45th Street E., Suite 101 Sumner, WA 98390, 1-800-426-4840), to support environmental stewardship and outdoor access initiatives. No portion of purchase is tax-deductible, and there is a guaranteed minimum contribution of $25,000 and maximum contribution of $200,000.

5. 10% REI Co-op Member Reward

10% Co-op Member Reward is typical but not guaranteed.  Co-op Member Reward may be composed of a Patronage Dividend (governed by Co-op Bylaws), a Promotional Reward (governed by Membership Terms and Conditions), or a combination of both. Co-op Member Reward is based on eligible purchases, excluding portion of purchase(s) made with Promotional Reward and Promotional Checks. 6. Seller of Travel:

All travel services are sold and fulfilled by Intrepid Travel, the merchant of record and a registered Seller of Travel (CA CST 2090988; WA 602852695; FL ST46228). REI acts solely as a marketing partner and does not sell or provide travel services. Booking, payment, and traveller information are handled directly by Intrepid. REI may receive compensation from Intrepid for referrals generated through this page.
