I would like to revise first review. Now that I have learned how to adjust this vest correctly, it has a better fit. (last review was written before actually using it). It is a very basic PFD, good for light day use water activities. Lacks and of the "extra" features that the other vest carry-- but those are also at a higher price point. You get what you pay for. This is a decent jacket...I still struggle with the zipper a little.

I wish I would've bought a pfd with a mesh back for kayaking. The combination of this life jacket with the high seat on my kayak is very annoying. This pfd has never felt comfortable, despite my many attempts to adjust it in a variety of ways to try to make it work. There is simply too much padding -- possibly, once it's worn in (if it makes it that long) it will be more comfortable.

Big pockets in the front are great for keys and I like the zipper because I can get the lifejacket on and off quickly.

The color is also very nice.

Looks like its good construction, however, hard to zip up even when cinches are on loose--due to stiff pading in chest area. Not very form fitting (at least while its new, perhaps would give more after its broken in). Going to return it, too difficult to use to get it zipped and fit correctly. Didn't get to try it (however, might need to until new one get here). Going to try the one with memory foam padding--might be more comfortable.
